Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to identify, attract, and place talent across business units for the da Vinci Surgical System. You will drive sourcing strategies, participate in events, and act as a strategic talent partner with hiring managers.

The role emphasizes full lifecycle recruiting, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making to meet aggressive hiring goals across hospitals and upgrades. Remote options are available, with on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle recruiting.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Pro-active in achieving the shared purpose and goals of the Staffing team.
• Proven track record of high volume, high quality recruitment across multiple skill sets.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
• ERP, Talent Management or Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.
• Self motivated; action and results oriented; able to multi‑task and manage/drive multiple requisitions and/or projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with good organization and follow‑up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence others in a positive manner.
• Strong client service orientation; offer and promote a high level of internal customer service.
• Capability to remain calm under pressure; comfortable addressing difficult situations.
• Confidence and discretion to professionally manage confidential information.
• Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Proven experience working with diverse personalities and multiple levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complex recruitment process for da Vinci systems to hospitals and upgrades.
• Consult with Hiring Managers to understand current and future needs and profiles.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruiting.
• Partner with client groups to design creative recruitment strategies and execute all hiring phases.
• Initiate process improvement opportunities and lead related projects.
• Use data resources to persuade stakeholders and drive change.
• Present at meetings/trainings to improve interviewing and hiring skills.
• Develop sources for applicants using networking, referrals, job fairs, and sourcing.
