Job summary

JBA International is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter who already has an established candidate database and professional connections. This role is ideal for a recruiter who can hit the ground running and deliver qualified candidates for open positions.

You will source, screen, and place candidates, maintain relationships, and work independently while partnering with our recruiting team. Compensation is commission-based with payment after successful placements, and no hourly or salaried

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Existing candidate database and established professional connections required.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
• Legal recruiting experience preferred.
