Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments.
• Experience with an ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate value propositions.
• Good business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage moderately complex recruiting scenarios independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from strategy to offer.
• Develop strategies to identify and engage top talent, focusing on passive candidates.
• Manage candidate flow through ATS (Greenhouse) and ensure a world-class experience.
• Collaborate with hiring teams and leaders to build hiring plans and content for posting.
• Coach hiring leaders through the recruiting process and lead kickoff, interviews, and debriefs.
• Support talent brand initiatives and recruitment projects.
