Job summary

PragerU is seeking a Contract Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, production, content, operations, and fundraising. You will source top talent using direct outreach, networking, AI-powered tools, and Boolean search while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to build pipelines, move quickly on top talent, and leverage data to optimize hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience working with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborative, positive attitude and sense of ownership.
• Strong alignment with PragerU’s conservative values and audience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across all departments from sourcing through offer.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach and AI-powered tools.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, and AI tools.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Use data and recruiting tools to track progress and optimize hiring outcomes.
• Partner with VP, People Operations and Director, Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with the broader People team on recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
