Job summary

PragerU is seeking a Contract Recruiter (minimum 6 months) to own full-cycle recruitment across marketing, production, content, operations, and fundraising. You’ll source proactively, including via AI tools, build pipelines, and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a world‑class candidate experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of high-volume recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• MUST have strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across all departments from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including AI-powered tools.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow‑up.
• Use data and recruiting tools to track progress and optimize hiring outcomes.
• Partner with VP, People Operations and Director, Talent Acquisition to guide hiring needs.
