PragerU is seeking a talented Recruiter to own and drive full-cycle recruiting across all departments, ensuring a fast, high-quality candidate experience. You will craft creative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools to identify and engage top talent, while building robust candidate pipelines.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently, maintain a strong candidate network, and contribute to PragerU's rapid, mission-aligned growth with a focus on quality and culture

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
