Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of related business experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash Processes.
• Bachelor's degree required; subject‑matter expertise in Plan and Order‑to‑Cash capabilities within SAP.
• Ability to drive timely decisions, manage risk and dependencies while leading in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead plan participation in solution confirmation workshops aligned to order management and plan requirements.
• Act as plan business representative, guiding global/local process requirements and resolving questions.
• Drive plan change impact assessment and readiness planning across the O2C deployment.
• Represent plan in system demos and design reviews with structured feedback.
• Oversee plan data readiness, including data cleansing, validation, and deployment readiness.
• Define and govern plan test scenarios to support end‑to‑end O2C validation.
• Lead validation activities for the plan workstream with integrated testing.
• Assess and communicate solution impacts to Plan KPIs, service levels and customer experience.
• Ensure Plan SOPs are updated, completed, and approved prior to deployment.
• Provide leadership support for cutover planning, training, post‑go‑live deployment, and early-life stabilization.
