Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. seeks a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. You will handle QA‑driven updates, respond to PA and formulary questions, and prepare disruption analyses for business reviews.

9–12 month contract, remote within the United States. The role requires a CPhT certification, 3 years of pharmacy tech experience, PBM exposure, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills to support clinical services and reporting.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with state registration or licensure where required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years at a PBM supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, PA resolution).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, formularies, and NDC identifiers.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to compare data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain quantity limit rules and implement downstream client changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates, QL cleanup, and PA printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and reports for client-facing materials.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and operations teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency via technology and AI-enabled tools.
