Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Contract Patient Recruitment Coordinator to support patient recruitment and enrollment initiatives for multiple clinical studies across various therapeutic areas. The role is remote with flexible hours to accommodate meetings in different time zones and a contract-to-hire path.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in patient recruitment or related clinical research operations, with strong IRB and compliance knowledge and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in patient recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of enrollment processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with IRB submissions and recruitment approvals.
• Excellent organizational and client-facing communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CROs/sponsors experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment strategies and enrollment campaigns for trials.
• Coordinate with sponsors, sites, and vendors to meet enrollment goals.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with study startup activities and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
