You will maintain contracts, review NDAs, manage intake, and support data integrity and reporting, collaborating with outside counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in contract management or legal operations.
• Private equity experience is required; law firm exposure acceptable.
• Experience handling the full contract lifecycle from intake to renewal.
• Familiarity with contract repositories or document management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize contracts and legal records across systems.
• Review, revise, and redline routine agreements including NDAs.
• Manage legal intake, route and track requests to completion.
• Oversee execution workflows for routine agreements.
• Collaborate with hiring manager to optimize workflows and leverage technology.
• Support reporting, data integrity, and documentation.
