Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of contract administration and project management experience, preferably in the power industry or EPC environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in claims management, construction claims negotiation, and advanced interpretation of contract terms and business law fundamentals.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to travel to US and Latin American sites and work in remote cross-functional teams for Our Client.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial contract management and risk mitigation strategies for high-dollar domestic and international gas turbine power plant projects.
• Develop and negotiate change orders, customer settlement agreements, subcontractor terms, and supplier/insurance claim recoveries.
• Conduct pre-award risk analyses on customer contracts, ensure required insurance policies are active, and release projects via internal order systems.
• Maintain complete contemporaneous documentation for delays, claims, and back-charges while managing tracking databases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and sourcing teams.
