US Tech Solutions is seeking a Contract Manager to lead contract management for complex gas turbine power plant projects, domestically and internationally. This role emphasizes risk mitigation, change order management, and claims outcomes, with remote work and periodic travel.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in contract administration and project management, plus strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years contract administration experience.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience or equivalent.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Claims management experience.
• Contract reading and writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management support for complex equipment and extended scope projects (domestic and international).
• Research, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage and drive Contract Change Order execution with client entitlement; pursue extensions of time and EPC claims.
• Research and obtain insurance claim recoveries and drive supplier recovery with Sourcing.
• Maintain databases to track risk mitigation, vendor recovery and insurance recovery.
• Prepare and present claims mitigation presentations to customers.
• Travel to US and Latin America project sites as required; collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely.
