Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Contracts Manager for Generation Capital Projects in the United States (Texas region), interfacing with project teams, EPC contractors, engineering, legal, and project controls to ensure delivery of large-scale capital projects.

The role focuses on administering EPC/ construction contracts, managing change, and mitigating commercial risk across multiple generation projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract management, commercial management, procurement, or capital project experience.
• Experience with EPC or EPCM project delivery.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, change management, and claims.
• Experience supporting utility, power generation, LNG, chemical, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer EPC and construction contracts across multiple generation projects
• Support contract strategy development and execution
• Manage change orders, claims, and commercial risk mitigation activities
• Track contractor performance and contractual compliance
• Review payment applications, milestones, and commercial obligations
• Coordinate with project managers, project controls, legal, and supply chain teams
• Prepare commercial correspondence, project reports, and governance updates
• Support issue resolution between the owner and EPC contractors
