Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction.
• Proven experience in project controls and schedule development.
• Experience managing Owner-level reporting (monthly/quarterly) with schedule, cost, and risk.
• Familiarity with EPC/EPCM delivery models and contractor bid evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support E&C participation in Technology Review, Preliminary Engineering phases, and contracting for hub gas development projects.
• Coordinate E&C inputs for site configuration reviews, constructability assessments, and interconnection scopes.
• Track development and regulatory milestones, flagging schedule and cost risks early.
• Maintain project schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models for sanction decisions.
• Own and maintain the E&C risk register across active work streams.
• Prepare dashboards and materials for leadership review.
