• Active Washington Bar admission required.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure litigation experience.
• Residence in the Seattle, Bellevue, Bellingham area to support occasional in-person requirements.
• Primarily remote opportunity with flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case-related memoranda.
• Assist with document review, discovery, and matter preparation.
• Support hearings and occasional court appearances as needed.
• Help manage an active caseload across civil litigation matters.
