Job summary

Author Health is seeking a Contract Clinical Recruiter to support hiring during a high growth period. This remote, 6-month role involves attracting, engaging, and coordinating candidates across the hiring process in collaboration with the Senior Recruiter and People Operations.

You will source for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, RNs, and LPNs, schedule interviews, check licenses, and maintain accurate candidate data in ADP and Monday.com, all while upholding inclusive,

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally in the mental health industry.
• Experience recruiting Psychotherapists, RNs, LPNs, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Experience using licensing boards such as Nursys and Florida Department of Health to check NP, RN, LCSW, and LMHC licenses.
• Experience scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Coordination & Communication: Review applications and confirm the candidate’s clinical license is valid and in good standing before conducting outreach; Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with speed, accuracy, and a white-glove experience; Communicate with candidates across multiple stages of the hiring process, answering questions and providing updates; Maintain accurate candidate information in our ATS (ADP) and Recruiting Dashboard (Monday.com).
• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source for clinical roles using job boards, social media, and other resources; Present qualified candidates to the Senior Recruiter for feedback and advancement; Screen qualified candidates and share interview feedback with Senior Recruiter.
• Recruiting Operations: Post jobs to internal and external platforms, ensuring visibility and compliance; Extend verbal offers and draft and send offer letters; Help maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and dashboards.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Brand: Uphold a high standard of candidate care throughout the hiring process; Support recruitment marketing campaigns and DEI-focused outreach efforts; Champion inclusive communication and represent Author Health’s values in all candidate interactions.
• Licensing and Credentialing: Support the People Operations team with licensing and credentialing providers
