The role requires 2+ years in P&C claims, an active adjuster license, and familiarity with homeowners/condo/landlord policies. Xactimate experience is preferred. Independent contractor engagement and 1099 status apply, with flexible hours.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience adjusting P&C Insurance claims.
• Must possess an adjuster license.
• Experience in homeowners, condo, or landlord insurance.
• Xactimate experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adjust desk claim files through resolution under regulations and guidelines.
• Request appraisals, estimates, and reports to aid investigations.
• Communicate with customers via preferred channels.
• Review estimates and issue payments as owed under policy.
• Maintain high quality documentation and diary entries.
• Write exterior estimates with accuracy.
