Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience adjusting P&C Insurance claims; adjuster license required.
• Knowledge of standard claims practices, coverage application, and subrogation.
• Xactimate experience preferred; strong communication and self-driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Adjust assigned desk claim files through resolution, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Request appraisals, estimates, and reports to assist in claim investigation.
• Communicate with customers using their preferred channel (phone, text, email).
