Steadily is hiring a contracting Claims Adjuster who is the very best at what they do. You’ll guide customers through the claims process with empathy, accuracy, and speed, ensuring a fast, easy, and effortless experience.

You’ll adjust desk claim files, request appraisals and reports, communicate via preferred channels, review estimates, and issue payments per policy. The role emphasizes high quality, thorough documentation, and compliance with claims laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of P&C claims adjusting experience.
• Must hold an adjuster license (P&C).
• Experience with homeowners, condo, or landlord insurance required.
• Xactimate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjust assigned desk claim files per regulations and guidelines.
• Request appraisals, estimates, cause & origin reports, and other investigations.
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, or mail.
• Review estimates and issue payments as owed under the policy.
• Maintain high-quality documentation with thorough diary entries and compliance.
• Write exterior estimates with accuracy and detail.
