The successful candidate will handle matters from initial assessment through resolution, draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, represent clients in hearings and trials, develop litigation strategy, maintain client communication, and comply with state and federal procedural

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license (good standing).
• Approximately 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Ability to manage civil matters from start to finish.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and case strategy.
• Experience in state and federal court filings.
• Willingness to work in a remote/hybrid practice.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage civil litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft petitions, complaints, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct discovery, draft motions to compel, and review documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategy and maintain client communication.
• Ensure compliance with applicable procedural rules and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and client billing entries.
