Job summary

LHH is seeking experienced attorneys for remote, project-based opportunities supporting law firms and corporate legal departments. These assignments may vary in length, scope, and practice area and are ideal for attorneys interested in flexible contract work and exposure to a variety of legal matters.

Qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, active bar membership, and strong legal research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active and in-good-standing bar membership.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage project deadlines.
• Prior contract or project-based experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents
• Reviewing contracts, agreements, pleadings, or other legal materials
• Supporting litigation, corporate, regulatory, compliance, transactional, or other legal matters
• Assisting with case strategy, discovery, due diligence, and document review
• Preparing summaries, memoranda, and other work product
• Collaborating remotely with attorneys, legal teams, and business stakeholders
• Managing assignments and deadlines independently in a remote environment
