Rocket Lawyer is expanding its Rocket Legal Professional Services program and is seeking licensed attorneys to provide remote contract-based legal services to Rocket Lawyer members in their jurisdiction. Onboarding is quick and there is no charge to begin, with the ability to quit anytime.

This role suits attorneys who enjoy client interaction, practical problem-solving, and independent work while being supported by a team.

Formación

• 1+ year advising individuals and businesses in your area of expertise.
• Active license in at least 1 US state with good standing.
• Maintain professional liability insurance as per Terms of Service.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn and use our tools.
• Strong verbal communication skills for client consultations by phone/video.
• Customer-first mindset with dedication to customer success.

Responsabilidades

• Work remotely with Rocket Lawyer members, delivering clearly defined legal services.
• Provide legal information to customers via brief written responses (Ask a Legal Pro).
• Connect with customers by phone for 20-minute live consults via the Rocket Lawyer platform.
• Engage in paid engagements to deliver defined legal services to Rocket Lawyer members.
