You will collaborate with AI teams to design, coordinate, and optimize multi-step agent workflows, writing eval rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents in production environments. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Practical experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
