Job summary

Outlier is seeking contributors to help shape the future of autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible schedules.

You’ll work on designing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents across live environments, collaborating with teams to improve multi-turn system interactions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration, plus experience building

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: additional capabilities and domain knowledge.
