You'll write evaluation rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test agents while collaborating on real-world AI projects with global teams. Most contributors work 5–10 hours weekly, with opportunities to increase hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Practical experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
