Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years continuous improvement or process improvement experience.
• Relocation is not available; reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC, Ellisville, MO, Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC, Waukesha, WI, Woodridge, IL.
• Immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement projects for Sales Operations and related functions.
• Proactively engage leadership to prioritize Opex activities.
• Lead cross-functional value stream mapping to solve commercial problems.
• Plan, execute and manage projects to completion through continuous improvement.
• Track efficiency gains and report progress to business leaders.
• Use Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and improve performance.
• Utilize digital tools for ongoing process enhancements.
