Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive strategic improvements across Sales Operations, EatonCare, and NAS. This remote role covers multiple U.S.

locations including Arden, NC, Waukesha, WI, and Raleigh, NC, working with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and boost efficiency. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commercial/manufacturing environments with 3+ years in continuous improvement, and a strong Lean/Six Sigma toolkit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years continuous improvement or process improvement experience.
• Relocation is not available; candidates must reside within 50 mile radius of Arden, NC, Ellisville, MO, Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC, Waukesha, WI, Woodridge, IL.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement projects for Sales Operations.
• Proactively build relationships with leadership to prioritize Opex activities.
• Lead value stream mapping exercises for cross-functional teams.
• Track and execute efficiency gains for process improvements.
• Utilize digital tools for continued process enhancements.
• Use Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and improve performance.
• Report to business leaders on proposals, status and sustainability.
