Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Continuous Improvement Lead. This remote role drives process optimization and operational excellence across Sales Operations, EatonCare, and NAS, leveraging data-driven insights to guide decisions.

You will lead cross-functional value streams, apply Six Sigma methods, and deliver measurable efficiency gains. Relocation is not required; candidates may reside near Arden, NC or other listed locations, or work remotely within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years continuous improvement or process improvement experience.
• Relocation not available; reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC, Ellisville, MO, Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC, Waukesha, WI, Woodridge, IL.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives across Sales Operations, EatonCare, and NAS.
• Lead cross-functional improvements and standardize processes.
• Use Six Sigma tools to reduce waste while improving customer satisfaction and performance.
• Report progress to senior leaders on proposals and execution status.
