Cascades in Pryor, Oklahoma is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive lean manufacturing excellence across the Tissue team. You will coach teams, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and apply Six Sigma methods to improve productivity and safety.

You will use Excel daily, with Power BI or SAP experience considered a plus, and collaborate with a strong leadership group to deliver measurable results at the Pryor Paper Mill and Converting Plant.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with strong understanding of operations and lean principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory; Power BI or SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to coach teams and collaborate within a leadership team.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coach lean tools usage and continuous improvement in Pryor Paper Mill and Converting Plant.
• Lead quarterly loss analyses to spot opportunities and drive cost savings.
• Guide teams in applying PerformEx as daily standard.
• Perform loss analysis drilldowns to identify opportunities.
• Act as problem-solving lead using DMAIC process.
• Drive cost reduction through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
