Job summary

Cascades is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Pryor, Oklahoma to lead Lean initiatives across the paper mill and converting plant, drive performance, reduce losses, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

You will coach teams, conduct quarterly loss analyses, align action plans with cost-saving opportunities, and apply PerformEx principles and DMAIC tooling to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with strong Lean principles and operations understanding.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience coaching teams and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on the effective use of Lean manufacturing tools.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the paper mill and converting plant.
• Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Align action plans with the most impactful cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide guidance on the daily use of PerformEx principles and tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate structured problem solving using the DMAIC methodology.
• Lead cost reduction projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
