JOB Duties

• Managing the ongoing improvement of lean manufacturing tools
• Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify top opportunities, lead cost savings initiatives, and ensure site action plans are well aligned with the most impactful opportunities.
• Provide guidance, support and coaching on rigorous usage of foundational lean tools – PerformEx as a way of working every day
• Execute regular loss analysis data drilldowns to identify key opportunities for improvements
• Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools

Required

• Bachelors Degree or 8+ years working in Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment will be considered in lieu of a degree
