Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and correspondence to customers and insureds.
• Evaluate inventories for replacement cost and actual cash value.
• Apply policy coverage limitations and exclusions.
• Finalize inventory for reporting with notes and enclosures.
• Facilitate replacement services as requested by the Contents Adjuster.
• Process replacement receipts and maintain professional communications.
