Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Content & Website Coordinator to support remote client projects. You will manage content publishing, perform migrations, and ensure accessibility across multiple regional sites.

This contract role requires strong written communication, stakeholder coordination, and governance development. The position offers flexible remote work and competitive hourly compensation with benefits via W2.

Qualifications

Experience with website content migration and content operations.
Content inventories and audits.
CMS publishing and page configuration proficiency.
Content governance and process documentation.
Accessibility and QA reviews aligned to WCAG.
Stakeholder coordination and project tracking.
Information architecture and content organization.
Process improvement and SOP creation.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Launch eight Region Board websites in 2026 with content audits, publishing, accessibility, and QA.
Support eight Regional Meeting informational websites for conferences.
Plan and execute content migrations with inventories and tracking.
Coordinate stakeholders and manage tasks in Asana to meet timelines.
Conduct WCAG accessibility and QA reviews with documented outcomes.
Prepare launch readiness checklists and provide launch support.
Establish governance, workflows, and SOPs for long-term site operations.
Configure pages and publish content in CMS within templates.
Organize information architecture and improve content operations.
