Job summary

Macmillan Learning is seeking a Content Systems & Copyright Operations Contractor to support file fulfillment, archiving, and copyright tasks across the content lifecycle. You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain accuracy and accessibility of content assets.

Reporting to the Sr. Content Manager, you will ensure timely coordination of content requests, provide end-to-end tracking for registrations, and maintain quality control across DAM and CMS processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail when managing files, metadata, and records across multiple systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple requests and processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential materials, including litigation-related content, with discretion.
• Effective written communication for reports, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate file fulfillment requests and locate content files as needed.
• Manage relationships with Electronic File Request vendors for timely delivery.
• Perform DAM archiving quality control and metadata review.
• Coordinate copyright registration processes and project tracking.
• Support content reports, errata documentation, and CMS data requests.
