Job summary

24 Seven Talent is partnering with a client in the creative agency space to recruit a Senior Creative Director (Content) for a one-year contract. The role supports social, video and editorial content across agile pods, and can be remote or onsite at the client’s studio. CST hours apply.

The senior leader will set creative standards, develop talent, and ensure high‑quality, on‑brand output delivered on time. You’ll coach leaders, shape strategy, and scale the team as client needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years in social, editorial, or creative production.
• Experience leading or developing other team leads.
• Proven ability to lead a 10+ person multidisciplinary team.
• Strong judgment to set and enforce a consistent brand voice across formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a creative team and set editorial standards.
• Coach the three senior leads and grow their teams.
• Set direction and best practices for the pod across evolving platforms and priorities.
• Quality-check content to ensure on-brand tone and standards.
• Serve as senior escalation point for creative/editorial decisions.
• Partner with VP of Operations on staffing, capacity and team structure.
• Coordinate with Integrated Producers to align capacity with briefs and timelines.
• Represent capacity, quality, and output to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and raise the bar.
