Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Creative Director to lead a pod of creative professionals, owning hiring, mentorship, and the overall quality of work for major client accounts. You will balance executive-level client communication with hands-on coverage and actively drive creative strategy from concept to production.

The role emphasizes a player-coach leadership style, with responsibility for team retention, performance management, and ongoing innovation through new tools and formats.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of digital marketing/creative experience, with 5+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on, expert-level experience across creative disciplines (copywriting, design, production, strategy, and/or post-production).
• 5+ years of experience managing a team, including performance management and development planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a pod of creative professionals, owning hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day leadership.
• Explain strategy to clients and provide hands-on coverage on channels and campaigns.
• Own the full creative vision from strategy through post-production and push for innovation and tooling adoption.
