Job summary

Legence is seeking an experienced Content Development & Social Media Manager to drive content development and activation across Legence and its Brand units. You will translate complex engineering and energy topics into clear narratives, and lead social media strategy to broaden reach.

In this role you will partner with marketing, executives, and creative teams to ensure consistent voice while honoring each Brand Unit's identity, across campaigns and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in content development, content marketing, social media, or related fields.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with portfolio.
• Experience developing content for multiple formats and audiences.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate or B2B social channels and calendars.
• Strong understanding of content, social media and digital channels aligning with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and development for Legence and its Business Units.
• Write and edit content across formats: website, articles, case studies, social media, emails, video scripts, press releases.
• Manage editorial calendars and social publishing using Sprout Social and Asana.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative to identify campaigns and storytelling opportunities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging stories for diverse audiences.
