Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day quality and accuracy of digital content across online platforms.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; apply corrections per guidelines.
• Identify and document content issues, defects, and bugs using templates and ticketing standards.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues with context and evidence.
• Manage assigned queues to meet throughput and SLA requirements.
• Follow information security and confidentiality requirements.
