Job summary

Experis is seeking a Content Coordinator 2 to join the Office Shared Organization (OSO). This remote role requires PST hours and focuses on publishing and automation, QA of templates, and coordinating cross-functional teams across content, design, engineering, and localization.

You will build lightweight tools and scripts (Python, PowerShell) to streamline end-to-end publishing and validation workflows, leveraging AI-assisted tooling to accelerate scripting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital content publishing, content operations, content management, production, or related field.
• Strong practical expertise with Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed QA checks of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint templates before ingestion, incl. metadata accuracy, accessibility, and publishing standards.
• Publish and maintain content in the CMS using established workflows and controlled publishing processes.
• Support en-US and localized bulk-ingestion workflows, coordinating handoffs across content, design, and localization teams.
• Identify repetitive or error-prone content operations and translate them into automation requirements and workflow improvements.
