Job summary

Blueprint Technologies seeks a Content Publishing and Automation specialist to streamline digital content workflows. You will publish content in a CMS, QA templates, and collaborate with design, engineering, and localization teams to ensure accuracy and timely releases.

You will also design and maintain automation using Python, PowerShell, and APIs, building end-to-end workflows and dashboards to monitor publishing throughput, quality, and blockers.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• 2–4 years in digital publishing, content operations, or workflow automation.
• 2+ years building, testing, and maintaining automated solutions (Python, PowerShell, APIs).
• Experience with content management systems and structured QA.
• Proficient in document, spreadsheet, and presentation productivity tools.
• Understanding of the full content publishing lifecycle and localization workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for scripting and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow QA checklists.
• Ability to translate operational inefficiencies into automation requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Proven tenure and stability in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Publish, review, update, and maintain digital content via CMS.
• Conduct detailed QA reviews of templates before ingestion.
• Validate metadata, accessibility, formatting, and publishing standards.
• Support English and localized bulk ingestion workflows.
• Coordinate content handoffs across teams and vendors.
• Maintain publishing trackers and audit trails.
• Manage multiple publishing workstreams to meet deadlines.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify repetitive processes that can be automated.
• Translate needs into automation requirements and workflows.
• Build, test, and document scripts and lightweight tools.
• Develop end-to-end workflows and dashboards for publishing metrics.
• Create process documentation and user guides.
• Incorporate human review into automated workflows.
• Continuously improve solutions based on feedback.
