Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Content Automation & Publishing Specialist to streamline digital publishing workflows and build automated solutions. You'll publish content via CMS, QA templates, and coordinate with design, engineering, localization, and vendors while developing Python/PowerShell scripts to reduce manual effort and accelerate throughput.

Applicants should have 2–4 years in digital publishing and automation, strong scripting skills, and a track record of documenting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, information systems, content automation, or related field.
• 2–4 years in digital publishing, content ops, or workflow automation.
• 2+ years building automated solutions with Python/PowerShell/APIs.
• 2+ years CMS experience, metadata prep, QA.
• Strong experience with document, spreadsheet, and presentation apps.

Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain digital content via a CMS.
• QA reviews of templates before ingestion.
• Validate metadata, accessibility, formatting, and standards.
• Support bulk ingestion workflows and localization.
• Coordinate content handoffs across teams.
• Maintain trackers, docs, status reports, and dashboards.
• Manage multiple publishing and automation workstreams to deadlines.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and recommendations.
