Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital publishing, web production, content operations or a related field.
• Hands-on experience publishing content on Sitecore, Staffbase and Marketo; familiarity with SharePoint and other enterprise platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality control.
• Strong understanding of digital content structure, formatting, links, imagery, metadata and basic web publishing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple publishing requests, recurring deadlines and time-sensitive launches simultaneously.
• Comfortable working within structured approval and compliance processes and ensuring required approvals are in place before publication.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine platform and formatting issues and recognize when deeper technical expertise is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Producers, creative teams, compliance partners and technical resources.
• Calm, dependable and highly accountable in a fast-paced environment where publishing accuracy and timing are critical.

Responsibilities

• Stage, schedule and publish approved content across Sitecore, Staffbase and Marketo, as well as SharePoint and other internal and external communications platforms
• Conduct pre-publish quality assurance to confirm copy, links, imagery, formatting, metadata and other content elements are accurate and functioning as intended
• Perform quality-control checks against approved source content to confirm the published experience matches exactly, escalating any discrepancies or substantive changes before content goes live
• Confirm required legal, compliance and substantiation approvals are complete before external content is published
• Publish and maintain content across corporate websites, newsroom, email, internal communications and other digital channels
• Execute time-sensitive publishing against established editorial calendars, campaign schedules and coordinated launch times
• Partner with Integrated Producers to understand publishing requirements, timing, dependencies and priorities across multiple concurrent assignments
• Troubleshoot routine publishing, formatting and platform issues and partner with the Digital Experience Manager when deeper technical support is required
• Support updates, corrections and ongoing maintenance of published content while maintaining accuracy and version control
• Identify opportunities to improve publishing processes, templates and quality-control practices to increase speed and reduce errors
