Job summary

Experis is seeking a Content Operations & Automation Specialist to support digital content publishing, quality assurance, workflow management, and process automation for a large enterprise environment.

This is a hybrid content and technology role where you will manage CMS workflows while using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or other scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in digital content publishing, content operations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with a CMS, content management platform, or digital asset management system.
• Strong understanding of publishing workflows: intake, metadata, QA, ingestion, release, maintenance.
• Experience with scripting to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot CLI, VS Code, Cursor, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Digital Content Operations: publish, update, and maintain digital content using enterprise CMS/publishing platforms.
• Workflow Automation: identify repetitive processes and develop scripts to automate them (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.).
• AI-Assisted Development: use AI tools to accelerate development while reviewing and validating code.
• Collaboration & Communication: work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document processes, and manage multiple priorities.
