Userflow is seeking a Content, GEO & Community Lead to shape how our product and brand appear across AI search, communities, social feeds, and influencer networks. You’ll own GEO, AEO, SEO strategies, edit the editorial calendar, and guide video, webinars, and community programs.

Qualifications

• Strong writer and editor with a real point of view.
• Hands-on experience with GEO or AEO and AI search.
• Comfort with AI tools and AI-driven content workflows.
• Willingness to test unconventional campaigns and iterate quickly.
• Experience in B2B SaaS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own GEO / AEO / SEO strategy and execution.
• Manage our SEO agency and AI GEO platform, drive strategy.
• Track and report key AI and traditional search metrics.
• Own the editorial calendar and the blog.
• Build and run AI-powered content workflows.
• Expand the webinar program into a predictable channel.
• Drive video content strategy across formats.
