Job summary

Mursion Inc is seeking a Content Designer to design immersive simulations for practice-based learning in a fully remote, full-time role. You will develop realistic scenarios, characters, and interaction dynamics grounded in behavioral science and real-world contexts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing, developing, researching, or writing complex human-centered content or scenarios.
• Strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a remote, distributed team.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving tools and processes.
• Experience with AI tools to support research, drafting, analysis, or creative development.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic simulation concepts, storylines, characters, interaction dynamics, and scenario structures reflecting real-world workplace contexts.
• Research target audiences, industries, roles, contexts, and performance challenges to ensure authentic simulations.
• Author participant-, client-, and internal-facing simulation materials with clear purpose and value.
• Draft scoring criteria and assessment guidance for valid evaluation of performance and insights.
• Lead design consultations with clients and SMEs to gather context and refine simulations.
• Work with AI tools to produce authentic simulation design; you are both designer and producer.
• Train and support Simulation Specialists and Coaches on design expectations and delivery.
• Use feedback and data to maintain and improve simulations.
