• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Experience identifying needs, issues, or changes and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated content development and writing skills for learning, decision-making, or project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of simulation content and materials with partners and SimLab team to ensure authentic, engaging resources.
• Create and manage project plans, monitor progress, and escalate risks as needed.
• Coordinate with Delivery Lead for interactor training and beta testing activities.
• Support project activities with science, engineering, and operations leads to meet milestones.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform content development and design.
