Zipline in South San Francisco is seeking a Social-First Video Producer to own end-to-end video content for social channels. You will ideate, shoot, edit, and publish videos designed for performance across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and the web.

As part of the Communications team, you will travel for launches and events, collaborate with marketing and external partners, and help grow Zipline’s brand and mission through fast-paced, craft-focused storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing video content for social or digital platforms.
• Experience filming in fast-moving environments and basic editing/color grading is a bonus.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, formats, and trends.
• Willingness to travel roughly 30% for field shoots.

Responsabilités

• Own social-first video production for content across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and more.
• Lead the production of short-form videos optimized for social feeds.
• Capture real-time moments in the field and turn them into compelling content.
• Manage video production logistics including shot planning and on-site production.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scale content production.
• Track performance and iterate based on platform insights.
• Maintain Zipline’s brand voice while moving fast and experimenting creatively.
• Partner with Communications, Social, and Marketing to translate priorities into video narratives.
• Create and lead production calendars and handle post-production workflows.
• Travel for shoots and events as required.
