Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably single plaintiff work.
• FCRA litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred.
• Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Aufgaben

• Manage high-volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, drafting motions and pleadings, negotiating settlements, and handling court appearances.
• Prepare cases for trial with substantial client contact and involvement in case strategy and management.
• Contribute to team goals with a focus on predictable, professional schedules in a non-billable emphasis role.
