The role focuses on directing case strategy, drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial, with substantial client contact and schedule predictability on a non-partnership track.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably single plaintiff work.
• Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred.
• Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to drive cases to resolution.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.

• Manage high-volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases, drafting motions and pleadings.
• Negotiate settlements and handle court appearances.
• Prepare cases for trial and provide substantive client contact.
• Involve in case strategy and management and work with opposing counsel.
