Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 15+ years in banking operations.
• Experience with technology adoption, process improvement and customer experience initiatives.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook for reporting and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, execution and oversight of innovation initiatives in Consumer Bank operations.
• Coordinate branch openings/relocations and cross‑line collaboration with regulatory alignment.
• Manage app releases, disaster recovery planning and incident management to minimize disruption.
• Develop and manage a Branch Growth/Innovation program and liaise with Technology for improvements.
• Provide clear leadership and communication across departments and partners.
